公司簡介

The GeneChip V. vinifera Genome Array interrogates 14,000transcripts from V. vinifera transcripts and 1,700 transcripts from other Vitis species. This array can be used for a wide variety of applications, including studies of abiotic and biotic stresses to better understand relevant issues such as drought and temperature effects, and genes involved in crop improvement traits. Sequence information for this array was selected from GenBank, dbEST,and RefSeq, and the UniGene database Build 7 (Oct 2003). The V. vinifera Genome Array was made possible through the Affymetrix GeneChip Consortia Program and provides scientists with a single array that can be used for the study of V. vinifera.
